One Centralized Place for Help
One Stop is your personal guide to navigate financial aid, billing, registration, and student records. Instead of contacting multiple offices, you can get most of your questions answered in one place, and they’re available online and in-person. Personally, I saved so much time when making last-minute schedule changes or when I needed help sorting out my financial aid package. The staff were knowledgeable, super patient, and friendly!

Financial aid in college can get confusing really fast. One Stop helped me understand my award letter, loan options, and the steps I needed to take to keep everything on track as I entered college. Whether it is verifying your FAFSA, resolving a hold, or understanding your term bill, the One Stop team is trained to help you navigate it all.
Enrollment and Registration Help
Trying to figure out how to register, drop, or change classes? Not sure what is preventing your class registration? OSSSC helped me resolve registration issues and showed me how to stay on top of my degree requirements. They can also provide guidance on how to request transcripts or verify your enrollment for internships or scholarships.
